I just purchased the M17xR3, one of the first things i try to do is create my restore discs. Well so far AlienRespawn burns the disc then when it gets to 61% of verifying the data it stops and a box pops up and says it has failed! i have already spent about 4 hours on the phone with tech support and was transfered several times with no solution yet. The last tech support person i talked to told me to call the 1-800 number for AlienRespawn and they should have thier own tech support for the product. I have done some online searching and have not found anyone else with this problem. If anyone has an idea please let me know.

If you post here, BatBoy will probably help you:
    AlienRespawn topic

I don't use it personally. I prefer the free stuff from Acronis.
