Hey just had a few questions.

Is it possible to upgrade to the RGB led monitor from an R2? Anyone got the part number? Can't be too tough to do I would guess.

Is the Blu-Ray drive in the alienware pretty standard. I see various slot blu-ray / dvd drives going for as low as $55. They don't have a face plate but I assume you can just take the face plate from the dvd drive I'm guessing.

Not possible to use the R2 RGB LED, they're different dimensions with different connectors. Not sure about the BR drive in the R3 but for R2 you could find it on eBay.
