    Alienware 17 Blu Ray drive issue

    Hi,

    I have a issue since i bought my alienware 17. Whenever i eject the dvd gets stuck halfway and gets back in again. I have to use something from outside so i can pull the disc hold the edge of the disc with my hand pull it out. I think the cushion is a bit tight or something ? Can you guys suggest me a fix ? And also if there is none then please tell me from where i can get Blu Ray reader drive online.

    Have you tried contacting alienware? They can send a technician next day and replace the player.. It seems there's something broken about it..
