    Hi all you peeps from notebookreview
    I got this alienware 17 during 2013.
    Now the battery won't charge and it is plugged in.
    And the BIOS says the battery have experienced critical
    Problems something like that.
    I want to replace my battery.
    When I typed my service tag in ,there is only adapter no batteries.
    But I removed my battery and found out it says my battery model is 2F8K3.
    Can someone tell me where can I buy it? Tried the sites from Alienware Replacement Resellers Thread,not a chance.
    And also I have contacted dell support,no reply.

    P.S Alienware 17 mid 2013 model( doesn't say x r1 or 2)
