    Hi everybody,

    Just a small thread to confirm that you can swap the default optical drive by the Panasonic UJ265 bluray burner.

    I've attached PICS about installation in this thread.

    1. Drive just reiceived with the front cover
    2. The front cover removed, at left the UJ265, at right, the official installed originally in alienware 17.
    3. UJ265 installed in the optical mount rack
    4. The drive installed in the Alienware 17
