This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Use CPU-Z instead of Windows Task Manager to read CPU and RAM speed. Win Task Manager uses some algorithm to estimate the speed, so it's not accurate. Also I think there's some bug with the monitoring in Task Manger on Win 8.1.

    Even with CPU Z it showed the same thing

    They're meant to using the low voltage sticks and I think that speed is the max the board will support.
