    Alienware 17 Screen Not Working

    So yesterday when I was using my Alienware the screen just went black and now it never works i tried turning of and on again but the screen doesn't work,
    It's always black :( please guys help.

    So this laptop is bought in USA, do you guys think they'll replace it for me even tho i am in Sweden now? And will I have to pay for shipping and stuff

    Hi. Have you tried to plug it to a monitor or tv to see if it workes?

    I had a similar problem when i've received my alienware 17.

    It was simply the connector from monitor to motherboard that wasn't plugged correctly :)

    I tried again with a differebt monitor and it does work.

    Try taking out the video card.

    I have contacted dell and tomorrow someone is going to come to fix the laptop.
