I have several USB flash drives that my Alienware 17 will not recognize. I have tested all of them on other computers, and they all work fine.

My 17 is running Windows 8.1, and in device manager I have a yellow exclamation point with the label 'storage media.' I have tried scanning for drivers, and it finds nothing. USB ports all work with other devices, tablets, phones, keyboard and mice, but not USB drives. Any thoughts on what driver I need here?

Thank you for the reply, but that download says that my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements for installation. I tried some of the other USB drivers, all got the same error.
