I took out the factory 750gb hdd and put in a 1tb sata and a 500 sata wasn't going to use the factory 750 gb only for emergency if need to go back to stock for some reason or another just drop the factory drive in and boot up back to factory settings

Here is the problem when I boot to the factory restore dvds it installs everything finds no errors after it is done installing factory data I restart and I get a boot disk error no drive check bios both drives show up

Do a clean install of Window 8 or windows 7 everything thing works as it should

I wanted to run factory install for at least a few weeks before I do a clean install of windows 8

Check your bios to make sure the right HDD is set up as the boot drive. It sounds like your installing to the secondary drive bay and then when it is done the computer restarts and looks for the OS on the wrong drive and then your getting a not found error. You can also just swap the drives around physically and it should solve it as well.

I did that already I even took out the second hdd and just tried installing it on the one same problem

I even tried to boot to windows 8 dvd and do a auto fix under advance settings it keeps telling me it can't fix boot problem

When I put factory hdd back in it boots fine

You have to put it on port 0. It's 0, 1, and 5 (mSATA). Leave the secondary out until you've installed Windows. ;)

That's a great suggestion, also you could try disabling safe boot from the BIOS.

Update got it up and running not sure what went wrong but after 3 days of trying to get this to work I was ready to give up I put the factory drive back in then one last time I was going to try I made a restore usb this time instead of dvds for some reason it took the first time I restored using the usb drive not sure what happened to the dvd as it gets verified when they are done burning

But I would like to thank everyone for all your help
