    Alienware 17 r5 how many external dislays can it run at once?

    Ive been having desktop issues so im thinking just get a v powerful laptop but i currently have a 3 monitor set up and im not replacing the 24in 1920x1200 middle screen for the laptop one. so can i have the 3 monitors ive got run off it?

    Its got an hdmi, mini display port and a display out usbc port too im told but no one seems to have tested if all 3 can work at once?

    Since no one else has answered this, I'm not positive that you can or can't run more than one monitor off of a laptop, but you can always use a displaylink. I know lots of people at my work that run their monitors off of the laptop. You can use it as an extended display, you can mirror the laptop onto one monitor and use the other monitors as extended displays, and if you tweak the setting the right way, you can leave your laptop shut and still run the monitors almost like the laptop is a desktop.
