Received an alienware 17 from ebay, added my own ssd and did a fresh install of windows 8.
The led lights were on, but showing a static blue.
After installing the latest alienfx software the lights are now off and I get a load of errors and a blank alienfx panel in the software, where do I go from here?
At the minute I'm doing a fresh install again, hoping this might help?

Do you have the .net framework installed?
Also, where did you download command center from?

was it the last thing you installed after all the drivers and stuff ffrom the driver support page.

Command center is always the last program to install.

Yes, still haven't found a solution, I've disconnected the battery and held the power button down in attempt to reset it to no avail

And to add to the issues, after updating the wireless drivers, my wifi isn't detecting any networks
