Hi,
I have Alienware 17 with GTX 780. I just bought battlefield 4 and when i play it on Ultra settings i get very very low fps and the game is hanging alot. I tried switching between the graphics and i still get the same result. What can be the problem here ?

Have you tried the latest driver dell released last week? A LOT of people having driver issues with low FPS and hanging for around 6 months now! It seems that different versions work for some and not others.
Have a look at the latest one - full of BF4 complaints...

Well. I just downloaded official driver from nvidia and installed using option "clean install" and fps is back to 60+ at the moment. Will give it few hours and see.

Cool, it does take some time to see if it is going to play nice. If you get any pauses or stutters in a browser look for an option for 'hardware acceleration' and turn it off. It seems that flash player is also causing havoc with all the drivers post 314.22

There were huge jumps from the latest driver sets so yes you should be good now.

Hopefully it'll stay like that. I'm glad you found the culprit.

The latest Dell driver (327.xx) has been having issues with performance on the latest games. Can you report this to someone and have them change it? I've already addressed this issue with four people over the last 24 hours, and I think they believe using the driver Dell provides is best, but in this case, it's not.
Thanks,
