So I bought an 17r4 at best buy about a week ago, it's an early 2017 model. And I hadn't notice until recently. There is this tobii eye tracking software installed already. But it appears that the laptop doesn't come with it, the screen just doesn't have tobii on it. But when I looked it up on best buy, it appears the advertising picture had tobii on it. So i wonder if anyone with this model also doesn't have tobii on it? Thanks.

Not all the R4's came with Tobii, so it's possible yours does not have it.

As MogRules, it could be possible that your system is missing the hardware and that's why is not working.
