    Help with this error:

    The theme you are opening is not compatible with this computer.
    You will not be able to apply the theme.

    Is this a theme you downloaded or one which you designed on your current system? If its one you downloaded, unless its specific to the system model you are using, don't expect it to function correctly or even load at all. An example would be: theme created on M17xR1 or 17xR2 and trying to use it on a 17xR3/R4. :(

    Different models have different zone labels in the theme coding.

    If its a theme you created on your system using the same version of AWCC, go back in and check your coding. Could be a simple typo or the theme file may have become corrupt.

    I didn't create it. I reloaded from the alienware CD because my system crashed

    No I didn't. Blue screen of death and couldn't load windows anymore so I reloaded back to factory but can't get the lighting system to work anymore

    the Command center on the Dell website wasn't working. I used the one from the resource CD and that took care of the issue
