    Hey guys,

I just got an Alienware M17xR4. I opened it yesterday and setup the computer. Today I purchased Microsoft Office 2010 and installed it, restarted the computer, but then the Alienware Command Center won't open and it gives me this message:

    C:\Program Files\Alienware\Command Center\CommandCenter.exe
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

    What do I do?

Start by repair/ re installing driver that came with the laptop.
