    Hello Trulyfatal.

Have you disassembled it lately? If so, reseat the monitor cable.
Can you blindly try to log on?
Do you have an external VGA monitor to see if you get any output?

Remove the battery, then remove the CMOS battery, and then drain the power from the laptop completely. Try to restart it afterwards.

Retrace back to your reassembly and disconnect/connect all cables securely.

    Good luck.

Well, can you describe what you disassembled?

Everything seems to boot normal no boot screen though.
Two things check video card GPU and check cmos/bios battery.

fact is that i didnt used my R2 for one year because i had parts broken, "keyboard" and hinch cover (power button) now after one year i ordered the parts that i needed to get it going again... its seems the laptop does not work itself, only the lights

because it doesn't even take the CDROM as you can see in the video..

    motherboard fail maybe ?

Something may have gotten damaged from ESD, see if you can run the motherboard with just the CPU, one stick of ram, an external output monitor and GPU with the motherboard out of the case.

It does seem like a motherboard failure. Trying it with the minimum components should help as suggested by Meaker.
