Alienware M17x R1 hardware failure maybe?? NEED HELP PLZ

Ok so...Hello to everyone. I have always been around reading posts but never posted much.
Well today is the day i am in need of a little bit more detailed help. This is my story:

I kept having lately problems with my SLI (idk how this stared cuz i haven't had time to game in a while). So i decided to fix this. I did a fresh install (Drivers in perfect order with advices from here TY guys) and everything seemed fine. I did not have any problems in the device manager. However my SLI problem still insisted.
So i decided to check =>different GPU drivers, then when that did not solve the problem, inspect the GPU's individually and the SLI cable maybe there was something there.(i decided that since when i disabled one of the GPU's in windows i had good fluent gaming) The issue was that the SLI was shuttering every few seconds and nothing seemed to fix it.
When i opened my M17x up (not for the first time) i disconnected the GPU's and put the right GPU in the slot of the left one and didn't put the other in(so at this point i have a single GPU in without SLI cord or anything). I was trying to test if the second GPU is at fault here. I booted with no issues and snooped around and suddenly i get a Shut down. NOW THIS IS WHERE IT BECOMES SCARY FUN (NOOOT)

My perfectly working AC ADAPTOR(and still is cuz i tested it with a multimeter) stoped charging my M17X.
Laptop is working just fine with the battery but it is not charging. Also no errors in the device manager.
On top of that the AlienHead is not making any light and all that indicator board and sensitive touch buttons do not have lights and are not working(which they did previously to this shut down).

I stripped the laptop down till the motherboard to see any fries on the board however there is no obvious fry spot. If there is any hardware malfunction is microscopic. Power jack on the motherboard does not look fried either. I also did the power drainage and all there is on the web available.

Is there anyone out there that can give me some advice to what i can try further from here??
It is my only gaming machine and i am kind of desperate.

I can come up with pics or with whatever is necessary to get to the bottom of this.

MEMORY: 8 GB of Ram
CPU: 2 quad core Q9000 2.0ghz
GPU: 2X NVIDIA® GeForce GTX260M

 

Did you try reseating all cables? The power board seems disconnected after the shutdown.
Try putting the video cards back on their place to see if the laptops starts charging. If it does, there could be a short on the mobo or the VC. Really weird, but it could happen.
