    Hey!

I have an Alienware M17x R3 with i7-2670QM CPU, 2.20 GHz, and NVIDIA 580GTX 2GB video card, I just changed the windows on it and it started to run slow and sometimes freeze.

Also when I try to play any game the FPS works fine for about 2 minutes, after that it drops dramatically which I find it very annoying. My assumption is that it may run like this because I never cleaned the dust inside of it, and I have it for about 1 year and 3 months, the reason that I didn't do this it's because I still have guarantee for another 9 months on it.

If someone could have any idea of what's happening I would be very grateful if you would share it. :)

    Hve you checked your temps?

If its hot then i suggest you open it up and clean any dust. ANd make sure your thorough. A quick dust over wont really do it. Make sure you dont just force any dust into the grills. I have done that before :)

I've just finished cleaning the inside of dust and tried Battlefield 3 on max performances. It works just fine now :) Cheers Joe85!
