I tried a couple of things, but nothing really helped (for example: [BF4] I have multiple fixes that make the game 90% improved, no more DX error's. : Battlefield)
I play BF4 on low graphics only with about 30-45 fps. Often it drops to 20 fps.
So I hope someone can help me directly with this Problem.

    Okay, two things.

    1) What drivers are you using? Are they the latest mobile drivers from AMD?

    2) Is Enduro on or off? ( fn+F7 I think it is )

    Sent from my SGH-T999

Press Fn + F7 and reboot, once done if you do not see any intel graphic card properties that means you are running purely on your 7970. Try running the game just on the GPU it should work fine with your specs.

    Ok, did it.
Sorry, but can you explain it more exactly for me. I dont know how I see that im running just on the gpu? :/
Didnt I need the AMD Mobility Driver to enable enduro ?

I'll start with the easy thing first.

    1) There is a easy way to see if enduro is enabled, few other ways too.
    i) Device manager
ii) Find "Display Adapters" and drop the menu down
iii) If Intel's HD Graphics 4000 is present, then euduro is on. If is not there, enduro is off.

As for aero, it is mostly a driver problem. I don't think they are broken though.

Personally, I would wipe the video drivers clean and reinstall the fresh ones. It takes a few minutes to do, but I have seemed to avoid problems by doing this.

If you are willing to try, you can do this.

First, make sure enduro is on.

    follow this guide: http://forum.notebookreview.com/ali...all-amd-ati-not-have-rely-driver-sweeper.html

It makes note of this, but when you go to install your driver, you first need to get the dell AMD driver off of Dell's website that has the driver for the Intel HD graphics and install only that part of the dell AMD driver. I'm not sure what happens if you don't, but I'm pretty sure it is needed for graphic switching for enduro. After that you can install the drivers you got normally.

If this doesn't work, try some other demanding games (Crysis, Metro, older battlefields, Trine 2, or anything else that is graphically demanding) Fix or no, fix BF 4 still sounds like a mess.

That guide should help a lot. Have you tried monitoring the temperatures?
