You can try TechInferno, they usually have those there.

780M does not need an unlocked BIOS, but does need modified drivers. Unlocked BIOS A11 is needed for the 980M.

    *update*
Yesterday when i went back i wanted to do more test on my new installed 780m under unlocked a11 bios and sadly when i start my laptop it beep once. So i decided to remove my cmos battery and try to reset bios settings but when i set everything up, primary video PEG and internal video Disabled, still beep once. I tried to leave the default options and this time it boots up with the igpu, when i try to search for new hardware there is a standard ms vga with a yellow flag ( error 31 ). This is my 780m but strange fact it has another hd id... I tryed to mod the inf file to fit the new id, after installation windows recognize the card but the yellow flag remains with another error, this time error 43.
    Any idea?

I am using 980m with stock A13 BIOS, unlocked is not required even for 980m :) Been using A13 with 60Hz and 120Hz screens too.

The latest modded inf files can be found on the same forum you got unlocked A11 BIOS from:

Ok so is not a bios problem, in fact i see nvidia gtx on bios and i can run the diagnosis without any problem ( even the gpuz artifact is running ), but inside windows it cannot run nor with optimus nor with peg only...

Strange fact when i first tryed with the latest nvidia driver i modded for a different hardwareID, but when it stopped working it changed..
