So about 3 months ago I got a Razer Naga and every time I plugged it in and turned on the computer the computer wouldn't start, the fans would run, lights would turn on but the screen would stay black, I thought it was just the mouse, so I sold it and bought the Razer Naga Epic, I just recently got it, plugged it into to start charging and BOOM The Kernel Driver stopped responding. Is it my computer? Anyone else having these problems?

I have a razer Naga too (see my whole collection in my sig). I do not have this issue, so I would call Dell and talk to them about this.

It's pretty crazy they already changed my lcd, video cards and ram twice, plus a hard drive, think they will give me a whole new system?

I had a problem with the Naga Epic and my R3 as well. STOP errors would randomly occur and sometimes the laptop would not boot with the Epic plugged in. I had been plugging it into either of the two USB 2.0 ports on the right side of the R3. I then switched to the USB 3.0 ports on the left side and never had it happen again during at least two more weeks of use. I'm pretty sure it's a compatibility issue between the Naga Epic and the USB 2.0 controller on the R3. I had the latest firmware and drivers at the time, on both the Epic and the R3.

The reason for only two more weeks of use was that I later moved the Epic to my desktop PC as I was very disappointed how I still had to have a wire plugged into my laptop even in wireless mode. Not very good design.

I think it could be the motherboard. Im pretty sure you can get a new system, because I doubt they still have parts for the R1. Try to get a m18x, as that is their only dual gpu machine now.

Edit: I do not have any razer software installed in the computer. I just plug in the Naga as it is. My Naga is the regular one with wire

If there is something wrong with your computer, and they can't fix it. They will have to replace you with an equivalent or better computer. Your main argument will be that you have 2 gpus, so they will have no choice, because their replacement policy is to not downgrade.

Now will they give me a replacement just because a mouse isn't working with the system and causes it to bug out or for the other problems i'm still having like a gray screen while playing games or browsing the web that still haven't been fixed after the replacements....

I had issues with my Naga on my R3, wouldn't boot. All I did was switch USB ports and never had a problem again.

If it boots without any USB devices plugged in but freezes when you plug something in, turn off USB emulation in BIOS and see if it helps you.

Incidentally I own a Naga too and had the same issue, but it's not the mouse, anything plugged into USB caused it to not boot.

No it boots with other things in the USB port, just razer products. Also, i have a problem with headsets, mainly on Steam. When i plug it in it always makes a screeching sound but if i use it on another computer, it is fine.
