    Alienware OSD

    I just downloaded the OSD Application from Dell's site and tried to install it. However, I got this message, that it's already installed in my PC. Problem is, it doesn't seem to be working on my m17x R4. Using FN+ Keys doesn't display anything.

    What OS?
    What command center version?
    What OSD version?
    What else does not seem to work properly?
    When did this problem start
    since when do you have the laptop?
    the fact that the OSD does not pop-up does the function itself work?

    We need more information.

    Windows 7 or 8?

    Have you tried re-installing it? (Uninstall from Programs and features, then download and install)
