    I love the backpack that i got with my system but its kinda falling appart after only a few months....does anyone have any experience with dell dealing with the bag? let me know what you did and what dell did for you and how long you had your bag..... thanks

    I had the Orion Messenger bag and it too "fell" apart. The stitching that holds the D ring to the bag came apart. So it cannot be used with the shoulder strap. I then bought the back pack, thinking it would hold up better. It has so far, but now I am worried.

    i travel for work a lot and go through lots of airports etc.....so i love the "security friendly" compartment... but the stitching is falling appart in 3 places....im going to call dell...i dont expect much but i will let you all know.
