    Interesting... Have you tried resetting the BIOS? Or seeing if there is any output from an external monitor via the HDMI or VGA ports?

    That is strange. Have you re-installed the alienFX software at any time. I know it writes to a bios that is used at boot and the way the lights are coming on it looks like something to do with that.

    If you're still under warranty I'd open a call with them and link them to that vid - there may be a simple answer.

    Your motherboard might be going bad. I would contact Dell for a replacement.
