    Just call up Dell/Alienware. Tell them it didn't come with your systems and you would like one sent to you. That's what I did and my R2 was a system exchange. They sent it out right away.

    Yeah my system didn't come with one either, so I simply called them and they shipped one out to me right away. Granted they only shipped it with 1 screw, but that was easily remedied. Good luck to you!
