    Hello members.

My m17x r3 charger died last week after a year. The "blue light" stopped lighting and the brick part of the charger was dead. I had to purchase one right away and this was the only option from amazon with prime. link I was wondering if anyone had to get a replacement charger and if there was a cheaper one. $50 for a charger seems too much lol..

My second question is does anyone use a separate monitor for your m17x r3. The 17in screen seems to be small when I am at home working. If you do I am wondering what kind of monitor you use or if you can recommend me one.

    Thanks alot!! :)

    Actually, that's not much for a 240W charger :)

As for a monitor, what size would you want it to be? I used to have a Ultrasharp U2711 for my M17x but now i bought three Yamakasi Catleap for the desktop instead.

    I agree, that's a good price for a 240W adapter.

I use a 27" external monitor 2560x1440 as well, I find 27 inch a very nice size for a screen.. A bigger screen just gives me headaches.
