    Alienware m17x r2 crashes from rtss.exe?

    So alrighty, I been having this issue since the beginning with my m17x r2, prior to the 580m upgrade, I followed the guides to fix this but only fixed my lag issue in MOHW and BF3, disabled the enableulps, should have cured the problem, everytime i turn on msi afterburner or evga precision it locks my system up hard, i have 2 monitoring programs AIDA64 and HWinfo to control the fans, now nothing else should be causing problems by my knowledge but i have tried clean install the whole works but still i land where i can't use any app with a OSD, no idea why just kinda lost and confused. any ideas?

    Very Strange.... if i open rtss.exe first before actually opening up evga precision it doesn't crash, same with msi afterburner...... both of which are latest versions..... odd...

    According to this site the RTSS,exe is a needed file for the EVGA. You need to keep it open for it to work.
