Which vBios are you running on your card?
(run GPU-z to find out)
Did you try and reset the BIOS? -
80.04.E8.00.0D - vbios
What do you mean by reset the BIOS ? i did reinstalled it few times. -
the vBios is a dell vBios so that's fine, it's probably your BIOS which you should cmos reset I think. -
I flash the Bios from insyderflashx64 not from pendrive , after rebooting F2 -set optimal settings -save and exit and then i just started to add some changes , im not sure but maybe its something wrong with Bios settings or i should flash Bios from pendrive

Nah flashing BIOS isn't the problem. Just try and open your bottom case and find a flat battery. Take that flat battery out for around 5mins without having the power plugged in, then after you waited 5minutes, start the notebook again without doing changes, then see if you can normally restart the notebook.

I know what you mean , but im using moded BIOS becouse GTX 860m is not a stock VGA 4 this model and it wont work if i dont set up some changes in BIOS , On integrated graphic card it is ok without any issues .

i remember this happened with my cousin's m17x r2 when i installed GTX 675m in it ...it actually happens everytime he restarts his laptop he just gets a black screen without any beeps..then he has to power it off and power it on again to get the system working..i havent installed any modded bios nor even bothered to check which bios it is having...will try flashing its vbios to DELL's one within a week or two and will update if i get the issue solved
