    Hello,

I have an Alienware m17x r1 that I bought like a year and a half ago. Suddenly it freeze yesterday and after that every time I reboot it shows an black screen showing the next:

    "NVIDIA boot agent 253.0543
    Copyright nvidia corporation
    Copyright Intel corporation
PXE-E61: media test failure, check cable
    PXE-MOF: exiting NVIDIA boot agent.
    Operating system not found."

Also if I try to install windows 7 the setup doesn't recognize my hard drive.
So I not really sure if the problem is the hard drive (but I think is the most possible) or anything else (graphic card, memory, ...).

If anyone can help me I will be very grateful.

Yes, I already tried that before posting this issue and nothing, it didn't work. Why are you suggesting that? Do you think is a video failure?

By the way, thanks for the reply :D
