    Hi,

    just got off the phone from an alienware tech here in the UK. i was looking for a second harddrive caddy and connector....

    well i nearly feel of my chair....

    HDD caddy £19.00 inc vat
    sata connector £30 inc vat

    £50 for a bit of tin, and a 2cm piece of plastic..... are they trying to get rid of customers... got to many.

    surely this is ridiculous, anyone seen anywhere cheaper?

    I can't check now, but I'm fairly certain at least those sata adapters are all over ebay because there are several laptops that use them.
