    Alienware shipping speed for replacement parts

    My AW17s fan is pulsating and after submitting a support ticket I was told they'd create a dispatch order and get the part shipped. This was last Friday and I still haven't received the replacement fan.

    I used to own a Dell XPS and all support related replacements were overnighted with no extra charge. So I was wondering if they recently changed their shipping speed or not?

    They're supposed to be Next Business Day. I'd call them.

    EDIT: The weather may have delayed the shipment. I had a replacement order come 4 days late because of the weather.

    It's still the same, however as J. Dre says the weather conditions could be delaying the order.
