    Alienware tech problems

    The alienware tech left couple hours ago to replace my optical drive because it wasn't working. Then I notice a scratch 1.5" near the middle of screen that wasn't there before. I can clearly see it even when the screen is white. Should I call dell to replace the screen because of this? I also have 3 years advance warranty.
