Hey, when i first got my pc i was able to run gta iv with high graphic settings without any lag at all, then i uninstalled it and didn't play it for a half year.

And for two days ago i reinstalled it and started to play and noticed that it lagged with lowest graphic settings.

I have the newest catalyst drivers and when i did a benchmark i had max 39 fps.
I even closed all programs, used crossfire, turned off tripple buffering and vsync.
(I bought it on steam so it's the latest patch aswell)

    Any tips?

If you're running a10 trying flashing to a09 and see if that makes a difference.
