Okay so i've googled it a little bit but basicly i have a M17x R3 and i was wondering my bf keeps it pluged in all day mostly gaming too and i told him its not good, beacuse the battery life goes down but he says its fine, also i read a board where someone said put the battery in the fridge will help but does he mean the battery in the laptop or the square plug thingy? i just started today when i play i pull out the cord, so im basicly wondering does it matter if its pluged in all the time? i do still get 3h of play time right now while its unpluged.
Also off topic, while playing brink my screens sometimse randomly blinks, um anyone know why?
Any help would be great :3

Tsunade_Hime such bacon. wow
The battery thing will not be a significant issue. I would just leave it plugged in.
For the random blinking, did you update to the latest GPU drivers? -
Okay so I posted this in the dell forum, they said to come here, i've googled it a little bit but basicly i have a M17x R3 and i was wondering my bf keeps it pluged in all day mostly gaming too and i told him its not good, beacuse the battery life goes down but he says its fine, also i read a board where someone said put the battery in the fridge will help but does he mean the battery in the laptop or the square plug thingy? i just started today when i play i pull out the cord, so im basicly wondering does it matter if its pluged in all the time? i do still get 3h of play time right now while its unpluged.
Also off topic, while playing brink my screens sometimse randomly blinks to the desktop and then back to the game, um anyone know why?
Any help would be great :3 -
whaaaaaaaaat?

If you have a plug, you should always be using it. The R3 throttles down when unplugged.
It should not hurt the battery to remain plugged in. New technology is good... -
Just charge the battery to 50% and leave it in a closet or someplace not very hot. The fridge thing is overkill.
