i recently bought my friend laptop, i notice that this laptop has only 1 storage drive (c :), while there is actually 3 storage, 2x 750 GB HDD, and 60GB msata. All of this storage is on raid 0.
i don't really like how this computer storage setup, i need to separate program & data so i will need at least 2 drive ( c: & d: ) in different disk.
how the best way to setup the storage so i won't lost AlienwareRespawn capability.

Hi there, what you have there is two HDDs Raided to a single drive and then cached to the 60gb SSD. This is the fastest setup you can get with that hardware. If you break the raid on the two HDD's then as well as a full reinstall you will only be able to accelerate one drive. The SSD cache makes a big difference to access times. When I tested it the cached drive was only a couple of seconds slower than a dedicated SSD. Un-cached added around 10-15 seconds to windows load times.

There are some windows tricks to redirect a drive letter to a folder but I can't help there. Why do you need a separate drive for data?

    ^^ This
Right now the current set-up you have is the optimal.
I know that you might be taking a chance with the whole RAID 0 and not RAID 1 thing.
But, my best advise would be to leave the Hard Drive set up as it is and continue to create maybe a Backup with an External Hard Drive.
Or you can use a Flash Drive to create an image of the essential items for your OS.
