    Am I going to run into any problems installing Windows 8 on an Alienware m17x R2? Like any driver issues or compatibility or will it be fine?

    Nope, I already have it on my M17x (R1) and there are no issues.

    Yes lots of problems. Stay away from Win8.

    LOL, it's not a recommended one, you will need to get the drivers from each manufacturer website but that's the only issue that you may get.
