    I would recommend first flashing your GPU with the SVL7 Dell VBios from Tech Inferno that Jaybee83 has mentioned in "UPDATE 6" of his post.
    If you have done that already. Try using Driver Sweeper to wipe the fragments of your previous failed AMD Driver Installations and try again. Also make sure you have Net Framework 4.0 or above installed first.
