If you press FN + F7 and reboot? Always the Intel HD4000?
does the bios display nvida graphics card in main window?

This is exactly what mine did (I've had it a week and I have a 680m). It magically started working again after a few reboots. Not sure if the Function F7 would have fixed it or not. Since this turns off the Intel 4000, I would have been scared to do this because then you would have no video at all if the gtx still wasn't recognized. Did you get yours working again?

Awesome! I'm glad you had that sorted out. If you ever experience this issue again you can use the System Restore as well :) . . .
