    i'm kinda getting used to this weird problems , i guess my beast is too old right now
    so this new problem is really weird , the machine suddenly crashes and the screen changes into a white taping color,sorry if i cant describe it correctly. this is the video i took a couple of days ago

    My guesses would be, inverter, video card (is it seated properly?) or motherboard? :eek:

    i'm not really sure, but i haven't opened it lately , could it be because of the display driver?

    Have you already disabled PCIE GEN2 in the BIOS? That was the cause of many peoples video crashes and bsod on m17x R1s. Also do you monitor temps?

    no i haven't disabled it yet but i will. the temps are all fine the gpu is near 50
    and the cpu is 38c

    Try installing 197.84 video drivers, or disable PCIe gen2 in BIOS.

    I used to get that error all the time on my former R1. The only drivers that worked properly for me were the latest beta drivers available on dell (rev P06 I believe).

    i guess the whole issue is related to PCIE GEN2 ,cuz it wasn't disabled and since disabling it i've had no crashes
