    Hi, I check my cpu speed 0, 1 , 2, 3 cores shoows 3,400mhz, but only when I am in desktop dayly use...when I am playing is at max 3,290 and some times it goes 3,000mhz...everything on performance, max temp 72 cpu max temp gpu 60...so no overheating...but is not maxing the cpu when I need it cpu usage is at 91%..

    Are you in high performance or balanced? What is your TDP set to?

    everything on default...and high performance from power option and nvidia set to performance...
    on 3dmark11 evething is ok at the cpu full speed good scores...but in game it not goes to full 3.4ghz

    The CPU at default it 34/33/32/32 and under the most stressful of loads 3.2ghz will hit the TDP limit.

    The thing is everytime i moved from stock default bios to bios lvl 1 or bios mode my bios colapse...so I cant change anything

    Define a bios collapsing, I am not quite sure what you mean.

    at 3.4ghz my tdp max is 40w...it doesnt get close to 47w....

    my laptop dont want to boot after any change in bios...shows only the power button light...that;s all...

    I didnt change anything and is not the first time I sow one time all cores at 3.5...now one of them is at 3.5 :p

    Yes that looks normal in that screenshot. Use XTU to graph power, frequency and temperature while running something intensive.
