Okay so let me get down to the point. My M17xR2 has had nothing but BSOD for the past week. After my RAID 0 array failed, okay I nuked it and went to 1 x 160 GB SSD. After I reinstall Windows and all the up to date drivers, it keeps BSOD Page fault in nonpage area or driver IRQL not less or equal. Okay so I go to do a clean OS install, again same thing. Tested memory, seems okay overnight with Memtest. Then a couple days later the 2nd 160GB Intel SSD goes kaput, great the RAID 0 array killed it. Today I go buy a 512 GB Samsung 840 series SSD, do a clean install of Windows 7 off the Alienware Win 7 disc, reinstall all the drivers, and downloaded 12.10 Catalyst. Go to play Dota 2, bam BSOD again, same ones. They all seem to be pointing to drivers, so I decide to go back to what I had last stable, 12.7 Mobility beta drivers (before my RAID 0 array went kaput). Still BSOD on me. Could I possibly have a bad GPU/GPU's? I'm still in warranty, just sick of trying to keep on diagnosing the problem as it seems like hardware now. Makes me think it is GPUs as it doesn't BSOD anytime but playing games.

Try running some tests that will put load only on one certain component, e.g. memory. This way I think you can define what exactly is faulty. I recommend starting with a memory test, then CPU test, then VGA test. You can use:
    Memory - Memtest 86
    CPU - Prime 95
    VGA - Furmark

If none of these fails...then try putting some pressure on the HDD

You can also try an extended memory test on the PSA. It'll let you know if all the memory addresses are correct.

I don't have the PSA partition anymore as I did a clean install of Windows 7 with the Alienware disc. I tried memtest and nothing failed.

My problem is with the on-site service is I work nights mostly and my only off day is Tuesday for on-site service. I honestly don't want to mail it out and I have onsite service.

PSA is not a partition it's built into the mobo, you can run it by hitting F12 during the POST.

Ah okay I did not know the new Dells have it built into the firmware, that is pretty cool. The good old Dell XP days the Dell Diagnostics partition was a separate partition on the hard drive.
