all drivers Dell, 10.3-10.5 happens in all games MW2. L4D2, Far Cry 2, saints row 2. it goes up and down.... those desktop videos were with the game minimized only when gaming it does that, and no overclock

well i guess it could be 1 of 3 reasons.. bad card, bad mobo or bad drivers.. most likely 1 of the first 2.

Happens when I play games only (All games movies are not affected)
Happens when brightness is higher than 50%
    Happens on all drivers.
Same thing happens when Stress with Prime95 and Vantage at the same time as well

    Video card temps are
    Core-82'c/51'c(idle)
    mem-94'c/57'c(idle)
    shader-83'c/54'c(idle)
    CPU temps are
    core 1 58'c/40'c(idle)
    core 2 54'c/38'c(idle)
    core 3 57'c/39'c(idle)
    core 4 54'c/38'c(idle)

    150 watt adapter

    Single card system(not crossfire)

I would think the video card as well, or drivers.
