This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Me, my very first avatar found to be creepy for some people, so I think it was taken down, but then I figure it out why and re-upload the other avatar that does not contain any of the prohibited content state in the rules.

    Micky, just wanted to say that it's all good, the moderator that advised you to change your avatar did it for a reason.

    Also, taking advantage of this to say: Folks, I know that some rules around here may seem weird or pointless to some of you but trust me, there is a reason for each and one of them.
    We, as moderators want the same thing as most of the regular visitors of NBR, a great community in which we can share our knowledge, experiences and learn something.

    Always remember, if you have doubts or questions about the forum rules or actions that we take, feel free to contact me or other moderator. If we made a mistake, which is rare but it can happen as we are humans, it will be reviewed; no need to get rebellious, it never helped anybody ;)
