    I'm a bit curious about DELL TEAM BLACKHAWK...
    I heard that they are a great team at DELL....
    Do they really make an ALIENWARE M17X ?
    And if we asked the DELL TEAM BLACKHAWK to do our Order, does it cost additional fee ? If does, How much is the fee ?
    And what the different between asking and not asking the TEAM BLACKHAWK to work on our Order ?
    And how many days does the TEAM BLACKHAWK usually do the ALIENWARE M17X ???
    I order the ALIENWARE M17X from Singapore DELL ALIENWARE...
    is it possible for me to asked the TEAM BLACKHAWK from United State to work on my order..?
    I think it will cost me a lot of money...

    SUp man there is no additional cost to order from team black hawk instead of ordering from random sales people on phone you speak with a tech pro and build ur system it took me 6 days from build to ship. Basically its an elite team from dell located in dell Hq Thank you for choosing Dell | Dell you should call and ask em im sure they will help you.

    Blackhawk team do not actually produce the laptop.
    They are just very nice group of dell representatives that take care of your order just as any other rep would.
    No, it doesn't cost money to order through them. If you order from Singapore Team Blackhawk can't help, i believe the only deal with US orders.

    That being said, you might want to consider ordering from Dell us (see my signature).

    Thanks friend, finally i understand what is Blackhawk Team...
    I wish i could asked the TEAM BLACKHAWK to help me...
    but i unfortunately its far from my place (SOUTH ASIA) to the USA...
    If i do order from them, then i think it will cost me hundreds over dollar to ship the Laptop from USA to my place...
    hahhahaha...

    Yeah, i thought the same things too...
    I want to order from them (In USA)...
    But it will cost me a huge amount of money to ship from USA to Singapore...
    So, maybe next time i'll order from them...
