Is it possible to have the laptop running two screens with two audio sources from diffrent speakers?

Basically i have my laptop rigged up to a projector via VGA connecter and a jack cable for sound to play a TV show but at the same time i want to play MW3 on my laptop screen and not have the sound coming from the same speakers, if that makes sense?

MW3 to the Laptop speakers and TV show to the Projector speakers via jack cable, is that possible?

Why would you want to be playing MW3 and having something on the projector at the same time? In any case, I think it can be done with some fiddling. The R3 has 3 different kinds of audio output: HDMI, spdif and analogue (which has 3 separate stereo outputs as well). I say it can be done but I have no idea how :D

Pretty sure this can be done with HDMI output. HDMI gets it own audio stream, so you SHOULD (notice I don't say can, I haven't tested this) be able to assign a program to the HDMI stream and a program to the internal stereo stream.

I think all the stereo outputs are the same channel though, so I don't think you can have some audio out of one headphone jack and different audio out of another.

You might be able to use the SPDIF output though, if HDMI is not available.
