    Audio issue

    I have a Alienware m17x r2

    I have 2 issues with the sound device
    1.I dont hear anything from my left speaker on the laptop
    2.i have a ATI High def audio device and IDT CODEC it always defaults to IDT CODEC if I enable ATI and disable IDT then it stops working completely.

    Can anyone help me fix this issue or do i have to send it in which I really hate to do.
