    You're a fraud. The service tag you posted on T|I has a valid warranty, the only reason for you not to call Dell is if it isn't your system.

    No hacking or password resets allowed on this forum, as we cannot be sure that you are the legitimate owner of the laptop.
    please do not make such requests.

    If you are the legal owner, you should contact Dell/Alienware to help you out.
