So I put my R3 to sleep last night and today after work I woke it up to a BSOD. No reason, other than waking it up after putting it to sleep. After restarting I put it asleep again and waited 10 seconds then woke it up only to see another BSOD.
This is what came up after restart:

not really sure , but you may try see if your ram installed correctly , sometime ram installed wrongly might curse bluescreen.

It only does it when I put the computer to sleep. The computer will go to sleep and when I go to turn it on, it awakes to a BSOD and then restarts completely.
The BSOD never comes up any other time. Only with that one issue. Now I'm just not gonna put my R3 to sleep anymore. -

I think it's my ssd. Never had this problem before with my regular 320gb hd. The ssd that am currently using is the replacment of my m4. They gave me a freaking refurb
I have frmware 009. I don't know if it's the firmware or the ssd itself that is faulty. Am gonna do a complete reinstall again tonight to rule out any driver problem. Sigh
I also run dell hardware diagnostics and it did not detect any problem. -

ya, it very well could be your ssd. Are you running RAID or AHCI?
I found that my M4 prefers RAID -
Am running on achi. Last time i tried raid i was having more bsod. Am gonna try raid with this new ssd.
-
I have to reinstall the whole system if i change from ahci to raid? Will the speed of my ssd be affected?

My speeds are very comparable or faster to those running AHCI, so i dont think you have to worry about it. I believe theoretically, the AHCI faster, but for me, I have complete stability using the RAID option which i will trade over a few percentage points in speeds any day -
Thanks for some advice! Will try to switch to raid after i get back from work. +rep

well, try it first and see...but if it works for me, it should work for you seeing how it will be the same SSD drive, motherboard combo

Update:
Spent the whole night troubleshooting. I first reinstalled windows again while still using ahci just to rule out any driver and applications incompatibility. After reinstalling drivers, I tried to put windows on sleep mode again to see if the issue still persists even after reinstall of windows. Lo and behold the problem was still there. I still got freezing and bsod when waking my system from sleep.
After this, I tried reinstalling windows using "raid" and not ahci as slickdude suggested. After installing the system and all the drivers, I put my windows to sleep. When I woke it up... the problem was gone!!!! The issue was no longer there and my system seemed to be running smoother than ahci set up. I reinstalled all my apps and still the problem was no longer thereI tried doing some ssd benchmarks and the score was higher than what I had on ahci set up. Am crossing my fingers that the issue will not reoccur in the future
I hope so coz I will have to return again this ssd if it does.
I never actually had this problem before when I had my ssd set up to ahci but that was when I was still using firmware 002. I am not sure if it's connected but since updating to 009 i run in a couple of issues. I had to send my ssd (used only 3 mons) back to crucial when it froze and went dead. It seems that 0009, at least in my case, made my ssd unstable when running in ahci. If you guys run into this issue with your crucial ssd, just try going to raid set up. The only downside to this is the 2-3 seconds raid flash screen when you boot your system. But I can trade that any day for a stable system
Thanks slickdude for your help!
Here's my score now:

this test is in AHCI or RAID?
have the same problem on my M4 009 sometimes ...
lost performance using RAID?
thank you -
It runs a lot smoother too. I think frmware 009 brought all these issues in ahci setup. I never had bsod before in ahci when I was still in 002 firmware.

to see if it's alright with me too.
