Well, I just applied the 8 updates for patch tuesday on my M17x R3... And have had it followed by 3 BSOD's so far, over the course of 30 minutes. All have been DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. Any ideas?

All have been ntoskrnl.exe+ea192 when viewed through nirsoft bluescreenview.

Upload your dump files and I'll analyze them with Windows Debugger for you.

Did you ever find a solution or identify a cause of your issue? I see the following every so often, typically within 30 min of resuming from standby on my Dell m6600.

I have gotten these BSODs on A08, Modded A08, and A09...so annoying, and have never found a fix. Please keep us updated if you find a solution.

I have started having the same annoying BSOD since a couple of weeks ago...
Yesterday I upgraded the BIOS to the latest version (A09) an still keep on getting the BSOD.
Sometimes while watching a video... sometimes while playing WoW and some other times while just browsing the file system... O_O
Always saying that is the kernel process ...
Has anyone found a probable cause???
    What should we do?

Could be caused by many things like an outdated driver, hardware issues and even some programs have been known to cause BSOD's. Zip and upload you dump files from C:\Windows\Minidump and I can analyze them for you.
