So I did something stupid and stripped one of the screw heads that holds the big back panel on. Both screws are stripped but I was able to get one of them out. Any ideas on fixing this? Can I get a replacement back panel from Dell? I did purchase the damage protection for one year.

    Thanks!

You can get a replacement by sending an e-mail to [email protected], we normally send the PC in to the Depot to get stripped screws out though.
